　　1、作業(yè)先前用手搬動飛輪，檢查傳動機構(gòu)和工作裝置，調(diào)整間隙，堅固螺絲，確認(rèn)無誤后啟動空運轉(zhuǎn)，檢查軸承應(yīng)無異響，齒輪應(yīng)嚙合良好。

　　2、作業(yè)前檢查潤滑情況，按潤滑表規(guī)定進(jìn)行潤滑；檢查三角皮帶松緊度；檢查各傳動機構(gòu)有無異?，F(xiàn)象，若系旋轉(zhuǎn)刀盤剪斷式，則先運轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)直筒12分鐘，運轉(zhuǎn)正常后再起動切斷機構(gòu)，同時檢查離合器是否靈活可靠。檢查電路和開關(guān)，線頭連接應(yīng)牢固，保險絲應(yīng)符合規(guī)定，電磁開關(guān)應(yīng)接觸可靠，動作靈活，接地應(yīng)良好。

　　2. Check the lubrication condition before operation and lubricate according to the lubrication table; Check the tightness of triangle belt; Check whether the transmission mechanism has abnormal phenomenon. If it is a rotary cutter head shearing type, run the straightening cylinder for 12 minutes first, and start the cutting mechanism after normal operation. 　　3、在調(diào)直塊未固定，防護(hù)罩未蓋好前不得穿入鋼筋，以防機器開動后調(diào)直塊甩出傷人。

　　4、切去不直的料頭或用錘頭敲直料頭，以利方便喂料；在導(dǎo)向筒前部安裝一根一米長的鋼管，先將要調(diào)直鋼筋穿過鋼管后，再穿入導(dǎo)向筒和調(diào)直筒，以防每盤鋼筋接近調(diào)直完畢時甩出傷人。

　　9、鋼筋加工棚作業(yè)完后清理現(xiàn)場，機體上的污垢、灰塵，切斷電源，鎖好開關(guān)箱，并將調(diào)直切斷的鋼筋按規(guī)格分放整齊。
